THE REGENCY. The Regency apartments at 1220 North Broad Street are currently
undergoing an extensive new renovation to upgrade all the corridors and
common areas plus add exciting new amenities.
1220 will become the place to live, anchoring the new North Broad Street
corridor. Upon entering the building, residents will have a new and improved
lobby and reception area, a 24-hour lobby attendant, as well as Ultra modern
elevator cabs. Improvements are planned for a glass enclosed laundry facility
adjacent to a new game room and lounge. Further down the corridor, there will
be a new conference center, study rooms, and computer lab complete with
copiers and fax machines. Also included in the renovation is a gym with all
new equipment and tanning beds. On site parking, and bicycle storage
facilities are also available. Unique
to 1220 will be the renovated exterior courtyards providing both quiet places
and active spaces.
