Pintzuk Brown
Realty Group, Inc. was created through a merger between The Brown Realty
Group, LLC and the Pintzuk Organization in early 2004.
Pintzuk Brown Realty Group is a full
service commercial real estate services firm that specializes in brokerage,
management, corporate services and consulting, real estate development and
investment sales. The firm is focused on many market segments including
office, industrial, retail and multi-family real estate. The depth and
variation of the experience of the partners and associates allows Pintzuk
Brown Realty Group to evaluate each situation fully to establish the most
efficient plan of action for its clients.
The Brown Realty Group’s history stems
from The Edward S. Brown Group that was established in 1986 by its namesake
Edward S. Brown, then a 21 year real estate veteran. Under Mr. Brown’s
leadership, The Edward S. Brown Group undertook the development of many
trophy class, high image, residential, office and shopping center
developments in Philadelphia
and along the East Coast. Mr. Brown’s efforts gained him local and national
acclaim including the award of Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst and Young
and INC. Magazine in 1989.
The Brown Realty Group, LLC carries on Mr. Brown’s legacy of success with the
infusion of two new partners: Anthony J. Sembello, IV and
R. Christopher Datz. Combined, the three bring over 50 years of
experience with them in real estate transactions and issues from the most
basic to the most complex.
The Brown Realty Group, LLC, now known as Pintzuk Brown Realty Group has made
a corporate commitment to work for the betterment of life in the Greater
Philadelphia area. It’s members serve on the Leadership Council of The
Community Coalition, the Board of Advisers for The MBF Center in Norristown,
PA, The Malvern Preparatory School Alumni Association Board of Governors, the
Board of Directors of the American Jewish Committee, the Board of Directors
of the Independence Seaport Museum, and the Board of Directors of The Kennett
Square Public Library to name a few.
